Brain Gym Therapy

Brain gym movements are used to connect both brain hemispheres (right and left), with the final aim of improving brain functions, balancing the effects of daily stress and tension, and, helping one reach an optimal state to help them stay in shape, to think, learn and concentrate at any time.

Brain Gym is a form of movement-based therapy that is designed to improve cognitive function, physical coordination, and overall well-being. Brain Gym is based on the principles of educational kinesiology, which is the study of how movement can affect learning and development.

The goal of Brain Gym is to help individuals develop better focus, concentration, and memory by engaging in specific movements and exercises that are designed to stimulate different parts of the brain. These movements are simple and easy to perform and can be done by individuals of all ages and abilities.

Brain Gym exercises typically involve a combination of physical movements, such as walking, crawling, and balancing, as well as mental exercises, such as visualization and affirmations. These exercises are designed to activate specific neural pathways and stimulate the brain to improve cognitive function.
